# How can I evaluate the student experience of my course without purchasing a student license?

Got got my answer from Codio Support:  
Yes, instructors can preview their course from a student’s perspective. This allows you to see how assignments, content, and course materials appear to students.

You can also switch to a Test Student account to experience the course exactly as a student would. Instructions for accessing and using Test Student accounts are included in the documentation above.
